Was it really a Catalina?

Was that a Cat I saw at around 19:00 hours yesterday (Sunday) flying South to North a few miles West of Hungerford services?

The Catalina from Duxford was, I believe, scheduled to be at Dunkeswell, north of Exmouth, at the weekend so it could well have been what you saw. There's a snap here of it flying at Duxford:
