C47/DC3 Pilots Handling Notes.

Does anyone happen to know where I can purchase a reprint of the C47 pilots handling notes as issued to the USAF. I'd be more than happy to pay for an original if such a thing is still around. Alternatively the pilots notes for the civilian DC3 would be OK but first choice is for the C47. My thanks in advance.
