Beset by Warbirds
I saw an OD B17 heading East out of Dallas this morning. I'm assuming it was Texas Raider, which the last time I saw her had her wings off down in HOU.
Later in the evening, I heard a throaty drone and ran outside to see a B25 heading in to Love
I've never seen a B25 in the air before, though several people got to jump one before I started hanging out at the drop zone.
Quite a choice really, if you get offered a ride in a warbird, do you jump out of it, or stay in for the whole trip? Once I might have jumped but now I'd definately stay for the ride.
