Shuttleworth Trust - Old Warden- New Season Events
It is that time of year when thoughts turn to flying displays and when PPRuNe gives it's support to a large part of our aviation heritage, the Shuttleworth Collection. The finest collection of vintage aircraft in the world.
You can take your first look at the planned displays - the first being the SPRING display on May 4th - http://www.shuttleworth.org/shuttleworth_events.asp when you might consider a visit to Old Warden to see the collection. There is a superb restaurant and plenty of things to see.
You will be able to follow the displays here as the list is finalised.
It is a good day out with plenty of space to picnic right next to your car.

Shuttlerworth Naval Military Pageant pics
What a superb day!
A big thank you to Peter Holloway for the trip in G-FAKE, you were right it was a superb day for it!
The display was wonderful and great to see the Aerostars and the Naval Formation appear from crowd rear.
Once again, nothing could happen without the hard work and dedication of all at Old Warden, a special mention this time has to go to those who marked out and marshalled the car park area. It was apparently a bog on Friday!
Finally, a welcome return to the Old Warden skies for TFC, the Wildcat and Corsair put on superb displays and added to the Kennet Seafire and Skyraider all held together buy the Shuttleworth Sea Hurricane (hard work!) the naval flypast was wonderful. Shame about the Sea Fury, better luck next year to the RNHF.
All rounded off by the Bleriot getting a nose bleed!
On with the pictures
