Valiant at Cosford.

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone could enlighten me on whether the Valiant at Cosford (ex Hendon) was the first British aircraft to drop an atomic bomb? Someone mentioned it to me a couple of weeks ago and just wondered if any light could be shed on this...

Many thanks

Tiger

It was the first british aircraft to make an H-bomb drop; another Valiant made the first A-bomb drop.
