A tip for all using 'Photobucket' - copy the 'URL' from PB, not the IMG, and that way you will not get the [IMG] tag on the picture. PPrune IMG function inserts its own IMG code.

That picture appears on many websites including the Smithsonian described as:
An ME 262 in flight post war. Quite possibly in the USA. The same appears on the Adolf Galland website, though I suspect that he is not the pilot in the pic.

Surely it is one of the a newly built Me262s by the Texas Airplane Factory in the USA on its test flight. The markings shown have been added to the photograph. Possibly Tango Tango which first flew August 2005.http://www.stormbirds.com/project/general/updates.htm

Me-262 for sure. Upon which was based the Sukhoi Su-9(K) and Su-11. The Japanese also made a scaled down version, the Nakajima J8N1.
