AVRO factory - Bracebridge Heath
Hi,
I’m trying to find a photo of Lancaster production at the AVRO factory, Bracebridge Heath, nr. Lincoln / Waddington. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’m also after a photo of the Lancaster’s being towed down the A15 and onto the camp at Waddington.
Any help would be gratefully received.

You might want to try the "Lancaster at War" series of books of which there are at least five. If you have no joy let me know and I shall look in my copies.
Having done a couple of tours at Waddo I know that I've seen the photo of aircraft being moved down the A15 that you are referring to but cant for the life of me remember where. Ops block or in the main station presentation room perhaps?
