Taxi In A Vintage Aircraft
Hi All,
Wonder if someone here can help me? I found a website earlier this year which offered trips in a vintage aircraft (Think it might of been a Lanc but not totally convinced m memory has not failed me!) where you could sit in it while it taxied up and down ther runway. It is based at a UK airfield somewhere. Does anyone have any idea where and what the company is called?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Fingers!

Sounds like Lancaster "Just Jane" which is at East Kirby in Lincolnshire. I dunno about the passenger bit, but she certainly taxis and has been known to get air between her tail wheel and the runway on the odd occasion. Sadly probably not a candidate to fly 'cos of the work and expense involved!
