Shuttleworth Air Pageant Display 5th September

Old Warden - Shuttleworth Pageant Air Display 5th September 2004

Just a quick reminder about this weekend's show, when we should be treated to this year's display debuts of both the Avro Tutor and the Jungmann. There's only one more display after this one, so make the most of it.

Gates open at 09:00 and the flying starts at 14:00. Arrive early for a nose around the hangars and why not book a flightline tour? It's only £4 for a really close nose around some unique aeroplanes.

Provisional flying list

English Electric Wren
Hawker Cygnet
Avro 19
Avro Tutor
Avro 504
Avro Triplane
Bristol Fighter F2b
SE5a
Sopwith Triplane
de Havilland Chipmunk
Miles Magister
de Havilland Tiger Moth
de Havilland DH60 Moth
Parnall Elf
de Havilland DH51
de Havilland DH60X Moth
de Havilland Hornet Moth
Miles Falcon
Miles Gemini
Luscombe
Bucker Jungmann
Desoutter
Southern Martlet
Hawker Tomtit
Ryan PT22 Recruit
Gloster Gladiator
Westland Lysander
Hawker Hind
Hawker Sea Hurricane 1B
Supermarine Spitfire MkVc
Bristol Boxkite
Blackburn Monoplane Type D
Bleriot

If anyone fancies a gathering, several Prooners/Flypast Forumites usually congregate at the beer hut at around 13:00 unless otherwise announced.

Sounds like a hoot, I'll be there

There's only one more display after this one, so make the most of it.
Does this mean we'll all have to find something else to talk about over winter rather than talking endlessly about Shuttleworth?

A fine collection, but there is a limit.....
