Saab Draken M4 South Wales 16/06/04

Anyone have any idea where a Saab Draken was going in South Wales on Wed 16/06/04 ? I was heading to work ( near Cardiff )at approx 0715 and coming towards me on the opposite side of the carriageway was a low loader with a fairly intact looking Saab Draken on the back. The load was passing Jct 33 and still heading West, IMHO this would have been too far west for it to be heading to either Cardiff airport or RAF St Athan.
Thanks in advance
