Shuttleworth 2004

The new season at Old Warden is shaping up nicely. Check out the new website thread below for details of the displays this year, be there or be square.

A few piccies to wet your whistle

One last thing

Welcome back Airbedane, we missed you

Don

I'm not as good a DamienB. We would have had his pictures here as well. But he is now banned.

Have I missed something? What an earth for?

I really enjoy looking at his work, the Concorde stuff was superb.

Thanks guys for all your great pictures. I've been looking forward to seeing them all week!
The Barnstorming ones in particular are spectacular - not sure about the dodgy passenger in the Hornet Moth though

It was nice to see you all at OW this week and hopefully we'll all see you again later this year for more of the same.

Splendid pictures Eagles and M.O.T.F! It has brightened up a dreary afternoon seeing them.

Thanks!

Great piccies! I have fond memories of going to see some of the displays a long time ago.
Does anyone remember Dickie Martin who used to fly some of the displays in the 80s? A great old bloke, I wander how he is travelling now.

I have very fond memories of Dickie Martin being the first pilot I saw displaying during my very first visit to Old Warden.

Until then, I'd grown up on very sedate displays at Barton and Woodford. Seeing Dickie chuck the Gladiator around was such a treat that it got me hooked on Old Warden from an early age.
