Question Question about Evidenceincamera

Has anyone noticed the name of the archive : The Aerial Reconnaissance Archives (TARA). link

Now doesn't it remind you someone ?

Do you think it is purely coincidental ?

(this question has already been asked on the Jet Blast forum, but got no answers yet, so I'm moving it here)
