Info required - detailed WW 1 replicas
I remember reading an article about the building of a replica WW1 aircraft that was so detailed that they reproduced the inspection stamps used on the original production line. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the nationality of the aircraft or its builders.
Can anyone help?

Sounds like a product of Tim Moore's Sky Sport Engineering - several articles have been published on them, in recent years. Bristol Fighters were among their more recent restorations (all to the highest, most authentic standard).
They are based north of Old Warden, near Sandy, Beds. You'll find ads in the usual magazines.

Potentially also the chaps at Milden - Tony Ditheridge's mob - for whom authenticity is a byword. Aren't we Brits lucky to have so many sticklers for perfection.
Also what about Leonard Opdycke in the US? I think he likes to get it spot on...
