Banzai...........Gary Numan
Whatever happened to Gary Numan? Pop star, 'style icon' and air display pilot..
Very prominent in the 1980s and 1990s flying a Japanese marked T-6 in air displays, but no-where to be seen these days.....?

I flew with Gary earlier this year just to knock some rust off as he hadn't flown for quite a while. He flies very nicely and is a top chap.
He's given up display flying on the orders of his wife and I think he is intending to get a 182 or other cessna for touring about in.
I believe he is on tour at the moment and may start flying again next year.

Good year for Gary...a beautiful daughter and probably his most successful musically for a long while...plus no doubt all those royalties from the Sugababes!
For relaxation Gary does normal stuff...like visiting Wookey Hole Caves in Glastonbury...I saw him there in March!
BTW...if you're reading this Gary...any space for a babyseat in the back of that very nice TVR you drive?
