Qantas flies to Anchorage
On 29/8 VH-ZND flew Melbourne to Anchorage direct. On 30/8 it flew Anchorage Sydney direct arriving 1/9.
Any ideas why? As a freighter? Part of project sunrise? |
Repat flight I’d say

What Chimbu Warrior alluded to. There was a Qantas flight a couple of weeks back.
Williamtown-Brisbane-Anchorage. A Defence Force charter. The aircraft returned via Los Angeles. |

Huh. I did many flights there starting 43 years ago. In a DC-4. But whatever.
