Airspace that affects airline pilots

I have recently put up a post on the General Aviation & Questions forum regarding Class E airspace which I think primarily affects airline pilots. Unfortunately I put it on the wrong forum. Here is a link: https://www.pprune.org/pacific-gener...-airspace.html

As the primary user payer funder of our wonderful airspace, why are we constantly finding practical problems that never seem to be fixed? Ie. Steps holding descent.

Remember both these pilots were IFR in ADSB equipped aircraft and the controller was forced by CASA approved regulation to sit by as they collided and died!

Some safe system!
