Nah, that's what happens when you take 20% of your fleet out of service to install the new j class cabin.

...and switch Bali flights from Virgin to Tiger (operated by Virgin).

The results reveal the true health or lack thereof of the business. In true form maybe JB is just doing a Qantas of a few years ago? Release a huge re-structuring statutory loss and then the following years he will look like a hero. As much as the fleet restructuring will hurt in terms of all the pilot movements, no airline ever went broke with a large fleet of 737s and not much else.... |

How can we be sure that this is not simply the Worlds Greatest Aviation Expert from Western Australia , GT , with a name change or maybe even just his middle name.
Surely GT with such extensive knowledge would have no trouble in running both QF and VA at the same time thus eliminating competition !!! It's wonderful to have such talent around especially such a modest one :E:E:E |
Real experts call them 'kites'

What about aerodynes ?

QF are just warming up.
B787's in QF colours and 320/1NEO's in JQ colours are coming. Look the f out. They have cash, plenty of it and some lean mean machines coming. Today's announcement is nothing. My favourite line is "oh it's just creative accounting" (as the JQ 78 taxis past getting ready to set sail for some exotic destination). Yep, crap job that must be! |
Lean Machines are urgently needed at Jetstar Asia because it's been 13 years of losing money.
Love how Jetstar's Asian numbers or International numbers are never given. It's been 13 years of 'record improvement' at Jetstar Asia. |

Guys!
I don't know whether this is the right group or not for posting this thread but I would really appreciate if any one can help me with the query for license conversion. Please PM me with the details. This is with regards to my foreign license conversion to NZ Atpl conversion. I have read the rules and regulations mentioned on the CAA website. I have sent in my documents to ASL and have an approval to do the NZ medical and Air Law exam followed by a sim check on the most suitable plane (wiz boeing 737NG). I have more than 7000 hours and my PIC time is more that 3500 hours on the boeing 737 NG. I am currently flying as a Captain with FlyDubai Airlines in Dubai UAE. I would appreciate if you can guide me to an instructor who can help me get a sim check done at any facility in new zealand or australia. |
I refer to the posts concerning the esteemed GT and agree totally. Calling yourself and posing as an expert, does not make you one and boy, just look at some of them.
With respect to GT, have a look at his airline rating guide and look at some of the companies that achieve the highest rating; I think a certain Asian airline to our a north is up with the best of them. |
