It is very telling that all the increased scores only did so by a relatively small amount and the reducing scores did so by quite a large amount. My takeaway from this is that the industry on the whole remains in a declining state. When will managers realise that their staff are the reason managers have a job in the first place; they owe their KPIs to us. My CEO prides himself on having a great place to work. I wonder what he would make of this raw, unadulterated data. |

I don't think the average manager/CEO really cares about these things. Generally, it appears as if they do not share the same passion as the average worker about the industry. This is just another means for them to make money, let the industry decline and they will migrate to the next industry without a second thought for this one. |
My CEO is not a bad bloke but he seems to live in fairyland where everything is sunshine, rainbows and lollipops.

Gtseraf, I assure you mine does care. He truly believes that his staff are happy and won't believe otherwise. Even though the surveys and the crew hemorrhage say otherwise.
