but curious as to your concerns, dislike etc of the type. You may as well paint Cobhams 146s back in red tail - NJN and NJN are the same age. They will need one hell of a "refresh" inside - the 717s are spartan enough but still crap all over these dinosaurs. |

Speaking as SLF who had done a lot of miles in these "dinosaurs", they crap all over 717/737 for shorthaul with their far superior legroom. You just don't get seat pitch like that in a a more " modern" jet. Just stay in the overwing seats or further forward as they are bit noisy rows 16-20.

It's seems the only people to heap crap on the F100's are the people who have never flown them.
I flew them for two years and even though they were a bit old, they were much much better than the piece'o'**** fly by wire aircraft I now operate. Long live the Fokker 100!!!!! Eternity. |
