The one thing going for regulation down under is consistency.
The Hayne Royal Commission has already exposed a litany of BS where duplicity is the order of the day.
The gatekeeper of the Corporations Act are consistent. They consistently are looking the other way.
One might have hoped that James represented an acknowledgement that the Fox ran the chicken coop.
