Age had a photo of his mobile phone showing elapsed time.

and QF have not admitted it but offered to pay his phone bill for the 15 hour on hold call to their call centre. He has records of a 15 hour call to their call centre.
Qantas confirmed it was investigating but had found no record of such a wait. ''In fact, our average contact contact centre wait time during that period was under a minute and the longest wait time was 17 minutes,'' a spokesman said. The airline apologised for a separate issue where Mr Kahn's booking was cancelled due to a system error. It was reinstated :ok: |
Regardless of whether its real or not, he's a moron for not thinking something wasn't right after the first hour. To hold for a further 14 is just idiotic. Who does that? :ugh:
