Just a heads up for those with their hat in the ring with Air NZ.

It seems that a few prospects have been rung by someone at Air NZ and asked a few interview questions re themselves. (strengths/weaknesses etc..)

So those of you close to the top of the pile (as if you'd know that..) have a few answers ready...

Cloud Cutter 6th Aug 2004 07:28

Interviews 25-27 August, more to come 2 weeks after that.

Very happy to see some good progression in the NZ industry at last.

NZ is more than able to lower min requirements into the 3rd level airlines as finally the massive surplus of highly skilled and qualified pilots (sought around the world) is drying up.

Look at Europe with its massive expansion, quite normal to put very low time drivers in the right seat of a B737/A320.

Let the good times roll (at last).

BattleSTARGalatica 7th Aug 2004 23:39

I have an interview later this month. Total time 1150 and 200 multi ATO.
Good luck to all. see you there:p

flying ginge 8th Aug 2004 00:42

Nice one Galatica. Just curious as to what's your total multi?

Cloud Cutter 11th Aug 2004 05:27

Anybody know how many on the next round, and what's happening after that. I've heard there may be more in Sep - anyone confirm?
