Post Skywest convertible notes at 10.5% Risky?

Skywest are offering convertible notes paying 10.5 % pa (paid quarterly in arrears). 10.5 % is up there with the more risky property developer type investments so you have to wonder what the level of risk is? Interested to know if anyone in ppruneland would put their money in the pot for 10.5 % ?

Does anyone know if they are operating in the black now? As mentioned on another thread XR are looking at BME and KNX with the F100 but if there is a price war that could be a hiding to nowhere courtesy of the Rat and Tricky Dick.
