Lambsie,

There are only 2 C&T capt on the -330. Have spoken to both today and you are full of sh1t.

I will bet my left nacker the -330 is here to stay.

There is no way, even with the best deal in the world, that QF is going to outlay any money on aircraft acquisitions in this current finacial climate. The rumour about Boeing buying the -330's as part of a 777 deal has been around for about 3 years now, and every time it raises its head it has been quashed by the passage of time.

If not, then there will be as general re-bid which will involve everyone, not just your scab mate.

HotDog, the 777-3 had a lot of trouble when it first started up on the trans-atlantic routes. I think Boeing modified the yaw damper to alleiviate the problem...

To be honest, who REALLY knows what is going to happen - after all, flight ops management didn't know we were getting new uniforms!
