CAL Interviews

I have an interview coming up with CAL.
I would appreciate any info on the written exam as well as the interview process.

What is your background/ experience and type your shooting for?

How many are being interviewed?

Is it the 'enmass' round-up/ select one or two, just as Air Japan did?

From what I can gather its a mass culling with 40+ being interviewed over a couple of days.

I have a few jet hrs up, but not typed on anything in their fleet, so you could say I'm already disadvantaged!

Anybody out there care to share any secrets in regards to the original post?

Just wondering when the interviews are and how did they advise you. Also applied but have heard nothing.
