Alliance missing pays, what a mess
Alliance introduced a new ops system around 2 months ago and what a mess it has been! From days missing of people’s rosters, to an entire crew no rostered until all the passengers had checked in at the airport. Now the pain has started to hit staff members pays!
They’ve been developing this system for 2 years and they still couldn’t produce the correct reports to pay allowances, an email being sent to crew delaying their pays by a week last week. Allowances got sent tonight and everything from no allowances to 3k+ missing. People relying on this money especially in the current markets. For a company that promotes their 83m profit they are definitely not focused on employee comfortability and it’s starting to affect the clients to. Just a really messy untested system.
