There's talk she's going to head up Crown's loyalty program. Why is she staying until Feb if she's going to another loyalty business? Need time to download all the QF loyalty data to take to Crown? She should be locked out of QF immediately.

That would be to allow for a seamless transition for the next loyalty manager!

She had a fair bit to say about what she thought of pilots when the management “team” she was a part of decided to shut down the airline. May the purge continue. Isn’t qantas loyalty under investigation for the continued devaluation of points?

A very big promotion in that line of work, I would have thought! I wonder if the Chinese Politburo is aware of the appointment - yet?

Amazing the opportunities that open up when one brushes their hair.
You're going straight to hell for that one!

Casino loyalty sounds like a pretty easy gig. Pretty deplorable also- if she brings the same ethical standard to Crown that she had at Qantas I’m sure it won’t be long before we see reserved commodes in front of pokies so their most loyal clients won’t have to think about getting up to take a dump when they’re on a hot streak.
