Who’s better to work for?

Who’s the best to work for Network aviation or Alliance Airlines out of Perth?

In the long term both are primarily stepping stones for something else.

But based on current chatter Network pilots seem to hate their company more and want to go any elsewhere more desperately than Alliance pilots. Not saying Alliance pilots don’t have their gripes but the level of willingness to escape seems to be greater at Network.
