Thanks, I did see that before but that’s for CATEGORY of aeroplanes.

I’m after CLASS OF AIRSPACE : D speed restrictions.

For example 200kts / 2500ft / 4nm in Australia, USA

Thanks LTBC.

what about

205 kts for initial turn then 290 kts after turn completed for CAT D

then to slow back down to 250? Why the 290 limit after the turn?

The arrivals and departure charts do not limit you to 250B100

I’m still unsure obviously.

It's not 290 knots after the turn is complete. There are two types of turning departures, one with an initial turn, where the turn occurs at a height less 1000' or at a distance less than 3.2 NM from the departure end of the runway, and one where the turn is made at a height or distance greater than for the initial turn departure.

For an Initial Turn departure procedure the speed limit is 205 knots for Cat D, for a Turn After Initial Climb departure the Cat D speed limit is 290 knots. These are procedure limits though, not airspace limits.
