No Fuel in ZQN?? or just QF

So apparently due to a fuel shortage all aircraft must land in ZQN at MLW and uplift only to flight planned numbers (domestic) or have a tech stop in CHC (international). However it would appear ANZ isn't affected by this. Anyone know what's going on?

I can confirm that Air NZ put out a dispatch note saying there are restricted fuel supplies in ZQN, DUD and IVC. They are tankering up to MLW -400kg, also it is only a request to please try and minimise uplift as opposed to ‘you need permission to uplift anything above the plan’. The Air NZ people are just uplifting the fuel they want and seem to be having no trouble. Maybe it is just the Aussie response that likes to create rules.
