Hi everyone
just want to know what the recruitment status for DEC to EFA is. Did the online assessment in the beginning of February but no feedback to date? Does this mean its nojoy or does the process take time?
Hardly had enough time to prepare for the assessment as the rostering here is a nightmare (90hrs/40-50 sectors avg amonth) plus a toddler makes time management a form of magic . 30 questions in 36 min 😜 barely cracked the 20’s Q mark.. time ran out .. rough start but was hoping to make it up in the interview and sim… but seems now there is no radio chatter or status updates…
Currently a A320 tri in a flag carrier and have a wide body upgrade comming soon which will lock me in for another 3 years here but i would love to return home.. so i have to weigh up my options

Their advertising for crew could be called false or misleading conduct.
Many, if not most successful applicants will be gainfully employed elsewhere by the time real vacancies arise.
