Coral Sea Spidertrax

Preceded an AirNZ 787 into CNS today 14th about 8am, point of departure Seoul, destination I assume Akl. Dropped into CNS for I assume fuel.. saw it taxying half an hour later. FR24 track showed almost a search pattern East of PNG.. Just curious???
Any ideas?

Diverted pretty abruptly 90 degrees to CNS which suggests something more sudden than deciding they needed fuel.

Medical emergency would seem most likely given they were on their way again in an hour or so.
