Gopro in cockpit

I'll be flying on Jetstar in June to Fiji and i was wondering if i'm allowed to mount it in the cockpit or are there rules preventing this?

I presume you mean as a passenger and not a pilot who works for Jetstar?

If so - no chance! For a few reasons - safety of a device in the cockpit that the pilots didn’t bring themselves / mounting concerns / legalities...

It should be quite obvious why neither the airline nor the operating crew would ever permit what you suggest.
