new SYD operator
Herd that a new Sydney charter operator is starting this year, using Saab 340s apparently in need of more pilots. What happens to Rex & Corporate Air pilots once they retire & then find they aren't ready to retire? Do part time as long as still hold their class 1?
Heard some international pilots for likes of Solomons, had forced retired from various airlines due to age, but obviously very experienced & not ready to totally retire.

vaguely remember Vincent in Darwin had some old Saab 340 pilots. Think they were Kiwis who retired for about "5 mins" but got bored very fast & so worked for Vincent doing enough hours to stay current.
Australians citizens do not require a visa.
Expats cover citizens from every country.
I will call you on the Kiwis not needing a visa!

A non "RPT" operator to Melbourne and or Canberra at a guess.
Mon to Fri and 2 sectors a day being a early am flight and a late arvo pm flight, being another guess.
