Tiger supersonic vertical dive

The Phuck ups continue without any sign of slowing down.
Bali, 73 implementation, sending crew all over the world for inferior type ratings, then having them sit around indefinitely waiting for line training. Multiple cripple CEO’s without a friggin clue, reorganise of the senior positions with no clear overview, multiple attempts to delay the EBA, multiple attempts to screw the pilots, (see previous comment on CEO) new roster system a joke, surely this has to end badly.

Bring back the Poms. At least the pilots were happy back in those days and nobody actually left.

Soon as it was Virginised all the good people have long bolted.

Haha.
The best one is during the eba negotiations they say they can’t possibly give us a pay increase as the business isnt performing. Not our problem buddy. Every single bad decision has come from the top and yet as usual the front line staff suffer. The PIA vote was a success indicating to the top dogs that everyone is sick of their excuses.
The planes are chock a block full and we can’t make money.....time for management to be accountable.......

Isn't that just the best...we hear all year how well the company is doing and about all the big contracts they win yet come the pay reviews - " we're not making money, money is tight".

Someone ain't doing their job properly then.

Can’t agree more. Just hard seeing such a good company and good people suffer.

Yes. The previous moron without a clue, CEO number 5, Peter Wilson, stated "tiger pilots were the most unproductive in Australia". Some how that was the fault of the pilot group, rather than management. With inbred attitudes like his, no wonder the group is in the ****. Yet, bonuses continue to be handed out for incompetence like his. Who employed this idiot without a clue? No doubt some other idiot without a clue, further up the pole.

Trying to roll the Sign on Bonus into the base pay and calling that a pay rise was a recent slight of hand. The vacuum of thinking is stagering.
