Sitting on delayed flight tonight - ML unable to issue clearances at the moment. Delay length unknown.

Lucky INTAS is not a critical part of the ATC system. Friend of mine on the INTAS team recently departed, another of the 900+ "backroom" non-operational staff members no longer required there.
