How do you validate that all 950 of those responses are actually from people employed in Aviation? For all we know, it could be some random who could have stumbled on the thread by chance and filled out some BS on the survey.

guess its trust just like when a company provides a engagement survey with a generic password and persons won't use it more then once even if its better for their KPI if they do.

Just to answer a few questions guys.
Keeping it open a while longer. Waiting for a few other groups who will email to members.
How do we know people who fill it out are Aviation employees? Well we don't but when you submit it registers your ip address (we don't get a copy) but this means it prevents that ip submitting twice. So anyone trying to weight the survey one way or another would have little or no impact.

I note that the survey has been extended by 3 days - last I heard was a 49% response rate but that might have been where I work.
