QF to Dallas return

Apparently busted IFE, seat power and toilets caused the worlds longest scheduled passenger flight to become one of the worlds shortest.

Dallas-bound Qantas flight returns to Sydney

Are toilets essential? according to Qantas PR?

Did someone ask them what happens when they fail?

Can't wait for the Qantas responses to these failures, presumably something along the lines of "nothing to worry about - all going as planned"!
