Not sure about that mate, the returning that is.Where I'm at we have 6 in the Captain seat, and yes,we'd like to come home,no to going back to the right seat, tough to do at this stage, especially since all of us have a little less than 10 years left.Might as well pad the bank account and enjoy the ride. For those flying the Asian scene,(when I was there)most wanted home, but not keen on going back to the right seat. One must sleep in the bed that one makes

What PB said, I have plenty of expat kiwi (like me) mates spread around on the world on 320/330/350/380's of whom all have expressed a desire to return home, but who all apart from maybe one or two either can't afford too aka PB etc etc or don't want to move back to the right seat after flogging themselves to get a command somewhere else.
The pull of the Koru tail might be strong for some, but for many that ship has sailed.

Last I heard was 200 a year for the next four years, just for growth. Then they have to figure out what to do when the top third of the seniority list retire by 2022, the top half by 2025.

Or are you talking about Link and jet numbers?
Just repeating what I was told from a very reliable source, but didn't distinguish between jet fleet or group wide figures.
