I remember reading on another thread that QF frequent flyers are number one on Cathay's upgrade list when flying with them as an inducement to book with them in future. Apparently the deal with Emirates hasn't gone down too well with the rest of the OneWorld alliance.

This thread is full if rubbish, how on earth do you know the EK deal is a flop? Did the cabin crew tell you now??

Fact: Only a few senior execs inside both airlines know where they sit with the alliance, and I highly doubt they are posting on here!
