Qantas A380 in Adelaide

Anyone know why a Qantas A380 flew into Adelaide airport about 1.30pm Saturday afternoon?

Diversion? Fuel?

Question

A Qantas 744 landed around 2pm on Saturday, which in all likelihood was positioning for an Antarctic charter as mentioned above!.

Perhaps that's what you saw?
