Can any of you give me the Fuel burn in cruise / long range cruise for a Q400?

As an incredibly rough guide, the Q400 burns 1 tonne/hr at Max Cruise speed averaging 350KTAS (maybe just under 365KTAS on a good day). LRC goes at around 600-700kg/hr at around 310-330KTAS.
