Qantas - Pleasently Surprised.
Flew Qantas Domestic recently. Pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I also prefer the "jaded old boilers" in the Cabin crew. They have an air of competence and authority that is mostly missing from the dolly girls. Its a hard act - picking the right balance. Too much "authority" and they are stuck up clowns. Too little and they are lazy old slags.
