VAA pilot EBA negotiations not going well???

Just finished reading all the updates on the AFAP pilot groups page and it looks like they are not going well with the AFAP walking out of a recent EBA meeting with the company.

Reading the updates it appears VAA is trying to benchmark the salaries to those paid at Alliance, Skywest, Air North, Jetstar and Tiger and are asking the pilots to give up a lot for a small pay rise of 3.5%.

If you are a member take to time to have a read.

VAA is trying to benchmark the salaries
Except the 330, preferring to keep it well below any comparative benchmark
