Looks like Airways new CEO is clearing out the whole executive team and restructuring the organization. Multiple adverts in this weekends papers, what gives?

Seems Ed Sims is making a business out of a provider of services. Going worldwide he stated on the radio this morning.

It's called realignment, not restructure

- there are a number of new "management" positions being created. Funnily enough, a lot of the new organisation looks a bit like it did about 15 years ago...
