Qantas serves up maggots, yesterday was 1st April wasn't it?

According to channel 10 Perth, maggots were found in a Qantas meal. Maybe they need to pay Neil Perry a few more $$$$ to come up with a better setecltion?
I often find grubs in those grass clippings that I am persuaded is a salad, but maggots, thats a step too far.
I would have thought that maggots was a "Bogan Air" specialty.
