The lesson to be learned is stick with the FWA rules and you should be ok . But , remember these are new laws and are open to be tested in Court , so go inwith eyes wide open .

Management School

Now now Gobbledock, you obviously haven't been to management school, where they remove the frontal lobe and teach you that the cost doesn't matter it the principle of the win against the worker that does.

It's the same in many companies, I had an incident a Jet* were they spent 10x what they saved to aviod setting a precedent. - sorry now I remember it was the same leprechaunthere.
