No one said "sorry" or did anything extra on my 72hour delayed journey home yesterday.

No "sorry" from the call centre's
No "sorry" from the check-in staff
No "sorry" from the lounge/gate staff
No "sorry" from the cabin crew in their messages
No "sorry" from the pilots in their announcements

I know it wasn't any of their decision making but you'd think something might have come down from above to give a little extra to affected passengers.
