Q intends to have Shanghai as a major hub to Europe.Not sure about pilot arrangements but the CC will likely be locals

back to the discussion. if QF opens another overseas base they would surely look at local talent or expand the LHR base. Given the high turnover in LHR it is questionable if there is a benfit. Why haven't they opened a base in SIN? anyone can answer this one?
