So these old pilots work less get protected pay and the pension! All the while munting everbody elses effort trying to make a go of it in the NZ aviation scene. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer.
Bet Air NZ wishes they had sort government approval for compulsory retirement age for its pilots when they had the chance. This will cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and a lot of time in court.
